Donation Request
Eagle Store needs merchandise to sell
The PTO is collecting donations to stock the Shahala Eagle Store.
Students will be able to purchase the merchandise using the Eagle Bucks that they earn at school. Students can also save up their Eagle Bucks to purchase raffle tickets and enter to win the monthly raffle prize drawing.

6th Period Competition! Winning class receives a Donut Party!
Shahala Middle School is collecting food donations.
Each day someone will come to the 6th period class to collect donations. That classroom receives 1 point per item collected. Double points for "item of the day".

EARLY RELEASE DAYS
Shahala Middle School will be hosting Fall Conferences this year on November 18 & 20.
These days are early release days for students to allow for time for teachers to conference with families. Students should attend conferences with their parents or guardians.
Conferences will be held in the round which means that all teachers will be available during all conference times and parents and students can drop-in to talk to any and all of their current teachers.
Fall Conferences in the Round: Drop-in Event
November 18, from 2:00-4:00 pm
November 20, from 2:00-4:00 pm
November 20, from 5:00-7:00 pm
NOTE: If you are not able to come during the conference times above, but you would like a focused, problem solving conference with a specific teacher(s), please email the teacher(s) to schedule a meeting time outside of our planned conference times (listed above).

Coffee with Chris
A message from our Principal, Chris Griffith
I'm excited to extend a warm invitation to a new monthly event I’m calling Coffee with Chris to all interested parents.
Join me for a casual conversation to discuss the future of our students. This is a great opportunity for us to connect informally. I'd love to hear your hopes, dreams, and aspirations for your children as they navigate these pivotal middle school years.
If you can’t make it this month, no worries, maybe next month will work better. I will vary the times of these meetings throughout the year to try and accommodate a variety of schedules.
Please stop by for a cup of coffee and a conversation. I look forward to hearing your insights!
